🕯️ Candle Care & Safety
For the best and safest burn:
• Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface when possible.
• Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
Return policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference. If your candle arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Each Candle Kush Luxe candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium ingredients. Because our candles are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the hand-poured process and make each candle unique.
